On Friday October 23rd Cape Parks and Rec will be having their Halloween Hoopla at the Shawnee Park Center from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Bring out the kids to this fun event that includes a costume contest and other fun Halloween activities and crafts. The cost to attend is $5 per child.
