North West has officially entered the music world with her debut EP, “N0rth4evr,” released May 1, 2026, across major streaming platforms. The six-track project introduces the 12-year-old artist’s bold mix of rap, emo, rock, and experimental production styles.
The EP features songs including “H0w Sh0uld I f33l,” “D!e,” “N0rth4evr,” “Th!s t!m3,” “W0ah,” and “Aishite (愛して).” With distorted guitar riffs, heavy autotune, and punk-inspired energy, the project leans into a dark, edgy aesthetic that sets it apart from typical debut releases.
Raised around music through her parents, Kim Kardashian and Ye, North appears focused on building her own artistic identity rather than copying their styles. Reports say she played a major role in writing and producing the EP herself, showing an early step toward creative independence.
Ahead of the release, North generated attention with her single “Piercing on My Hand” and previous collaborations with FKA Twigs and Ye, influences that can be heard throughout the project’s experimental sound.
The launch was celebrated with a pop-up event in Los Angeles tied to the EP’s release and visuals, including a music video for the title track. North is also expected to perform songs from the project live at Summer Smash 2026 later this year.
